Requests through the contact form
The contact form collects name, email and message (required), company and phone (optional), to respond to your request and follow up on your project. It does not accept attachments. Details are sent through Form.taxi, which also receives the technical data needed for the connection and spam protection. Notifications are sent to geral@sanig.net. There is no automatic reply to the sender. The purposes and retention rules for communications described in this policy apply.
Applications through the form
The form collects name and email (required), phone, area of interest and message (optional), to assess and respond to your open application and take pre-contractual steps at your request. It does not accept attachments. Details are sent through Form.taxi, which also receives the technical data needed for the connection and spam protection, and notifications are delivered to recrutamento@sanig.net. There is no automatic reply to the applicant. SANIG applies this retention rule: applications not assigned to a recruitment need are deleted within 30 days of receipt; assigned applications, within 30 days of that need closing or six months of receipt, whichever is earlier. This is SANIG’s operational rule, not a guarantee of automatic deletion from providers’ backups.

Browsing and technical data
Accessing pages, images and videos sends the hosting service the technical data needed for the connection, including your IP address and the resources requested. Technical logs may be kept to operate and secure the service. The website includes no audience analytics, advertising tools. Recruitment form collection is described below.
Email, telephone and careers
Email and telephone links open your chosen application on your device. Sending a message or making a call requires your action. Information you choose to share is received by SANIG to handle your request. For recruitment, use recrutamento@sanig.net. Share only relevant information; do not send identity documents or sensitive data.
Purposes and legal basis
Technical data needed to operate and secure the website is processed for the legitimate interest of providing and protecting the service. Direct contacts are processed to respond to your request, including steps before entering a contract that you request where applicable, or for the legitimate interest of managing the communication. Legal obligations may require certain records to be processed. Sharing your data is voluntary; without the necessary details, it may not be possible to handle your request.
Recipients and retention
Data may be accessed by authorized SANIG staff and the hosting, email and telecommunications providers needed for their respective services. Retention depends on the purpose: operation and security for technical data; handling and following up a request for communications; and legal obligations or the defence of rights where applicable. The period is determined by the needs of each purpose and applicable legal requirements, rather than one fixed period for all communications. Storage on your device
The website does not create analytics or advertising cookies or store applications in your browser. It does not make automated decisions about applications or create recruitment profiles.
Your rights
You can contact geral@sanig.net to request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, portability or to object, where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
